The Procurement CMASS Admin is responsible for providing assistance to the management and administration of the CMASS contract management process for all Raw Materials in AMEA. This role will be responsible for maintaining the BCF's filles for all Spend Areas in order to ensure contract execution and data accuracy for all AMEA Raw Materials.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)
Administrative Functions
- Mantain BCF files updated with both MEA and AP CMASS Teams
- Contract creation in Excel as per the requisition of the different spend areas
- Manage changes and updates of all contracts in both files to ensure proper Purchase Order exectuion
- Mantain comunication with both LPR teams and Spend Area Teams in order to respond to any requisition for contract management.
- Execute reporting for all Spend Areas for the information managed.

College Graduate
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical/problem solving skills
Experience in shared services would be a great advantage
This is a project based role for 12 months
