US Recruiter will work closely with our US Recruitment Team to build top talent pipelines for their business units. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing activities to meet the hiring demands of the company’s global needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and has the skills to make cold calls
- Proactive in building relationship with candidates and our stakeholders
- Confident in verbal and written communication channels
- Professional written communication and marketing skills
- Ability to work in US business hours flexibly
- Sourcing/Recruiting for Corporate Finance positions in Fortune 1000 companies in the US for at least 1 year is required
Responsibilities:
- Source candidate resumes on LinkedIn and/or job boards
- Communicate with job seekers to get them interested in our career opportunities
- Schedule call with candidates for screening and make cold calls as necessary
- Drive talent acquisition with digital marketing skills over LinkedIn, Indeed and the other online platforms
- Collect information from candidates over phone or via email as needed to fill the requisitions
- Practice data driven sourcing
