We are recruiting an IT Business Analyst EMEA who will act as the primary liaison between IT and Medical Device Commercial Organisation.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Apply IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate an IT solution for a business problem.
  • Work directly with clients and apply IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate an IT solution for a business problem.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with all levels in the IT and organization, business function, and with external partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Independently conceive and develop general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles
  • Lead department level projects or provide assistance to Program or Project managers on phases of a larger project.
  • Adhere to applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Apply and execute standard information systems theories, concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.
  • Investigate alternatives, which use existing applications and make recommendations.
  • Develop test plans and conduct the necessary tests to confirm design requirements and develops preliminary findings for review by management.
  • Prepare, develop and conduct clients and systems training.
  • Complete project tasks within time and budget constraints.
  • Exercise latitude in the approach to problem solving

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience in large or midsized multinational healthcare organization (regulated environment).
  • Broad IT expertise with business analysis.
  • Commercial: experience with CRM (SalesForce.com) and Digital, marketing solutions. As well as solutions, these might be integrated with, such as ERP (SAP) and reporting and analytics (HANA, BO, Cognos, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills.
  • Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
